Go from Couch to 5K with Radio Tyneside and High Five Fitness

Radio Tyneside has teamed up with Personal Trainer Clare Dixon to encourage the people of the North East to become a little more active.
Clare Dixon from High Five Fitness with Radio Tyneside's Richard Finch You can hear from Clare on the Afternoon Show each Monday and on Morning Call on Friday and you can find out more at the High Five Fitness website. You can also download the Couch to 5K app from the NHS One You website.
So grab your trainers, download the app and listen each Monday and Friday.
